Cancellation, Change, Return, & Refund Policies

At Apollotek International, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide transparent policies for cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds. Please review the following policy applicable to products purchased directly from our Irvine or Houston office locations:

1. Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled prior to shipping, subject to a minimum charge of $25. Due to our efficient processing, cancellations for stock orders may not be possible once they have been fulfilled or are in transit. In such cases, please consult with our customer service team by calling 1-800-787-1244.

2. Return and Refund Policy:

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your purchase for stock products only. A restocking fee of 15% of the product cost or $25, whichever is greater, applies to non-defective items. Please note that only full filter sets or liquid bottles qualify for a partial refund. Shipping and handling and any labor costs are non-refundable.

3. Third-Party Sales:

Apollotek International is not responsible for any sales conducted by third-party vendors. This policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from the corporate office.

4.Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method utilized for the original purchase. For credit card refunds, the refund will be credited to the original card used for the purchase.

NO REFUNDS ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
